Baker Precision Planter Works is a family owned and operated precision ag business that offers customers a wide variety of unique products to upgrade farm equipment. Our Mission is to ensure customers maximize the performance of their equipment in order to improve profitability.

Baker Precision Planter Works was established in 2008 as a secondary/off season business to the family dairy farm. Father and Son duo, Mark and Chad Baker, began the business as a small Precision Planting dealership on the farm in Orangeville, IL. Over the years, the business has grown into a year-round dealership that serves a large customer base and offers many other products besides Precision Planting such as Nichols Tillage Tools, 360 Yield Center, Yetter Farm Equipment, Martin-Till, Copperhead Ag, S.I. Distributing, and GBGI. Baker Precision Planter Works also provides multiple services including meter calibration, equipment maintenance, and monitor clinics.

Baker Precision Planter Works serves Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. In 2022 a second location, Baker Precision-North, was established in Elroy, WI.
